As promised I've put up the export of my demo application from Oracle World , for people who were at ODTUG in New Orleans it's pretty much the same application I showed there.
Thanks, for everybody who showed up I had a great time and hopefully was able to give people some ideas. I'll see what the rules are for me putting my slides on slideshare or something like that , but at some point Oracle will putting up the slides and a recording of the session.
Download the Application
Edit
The application will only work in Firefox, but that is only because it was built specifically to show Firebug features.
If you remove anything that says console.log or console.dir it will work in other browsers.

Carl

Carl, just so folks know, when I try to download the application from your link, it tries to save with a funky filename - wwv_flow_file_mgr.get_file
But I saved it as a .sql and it seems to be a standard Apex export file. That happened via FireFox, I didn't try IE.
Thanks for providing this. I look forward to checking out your slides if/when they become available.
I installed the file and received the following error. I am knew to Apex.
ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-06550: line 9, column 1: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CREATE_PAGE' ORA-06550:
Your probably trying to install it in an older version of the APEX this it needs to be installed on 3.1.2.00.02 try doing it on http://apex.oracle.com
I installed the app. (You need to create an emp table for it to run).
However I don't see any action from some of the pages. For example, the json_from_sql page; none of the buttons seem to do anything, and gives an error in IE. (I know i should debug it, but, em... I'm letting the community know)
thanks for all the hard work
@anonymous Sorry about that, part of my session is using Firefox and Firebug to debug AJAX applications.
The application will only work in Firefox, but that is only because it was built specifically to show Firebug features.
If you remove anything that says console.log or console.dir it will work.
