For the people that follow these things, I've updated the application export of my HTML DB Examples Application http://htmldb.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=11933:22. I took less time to clean up this version than I have before so there are some random pages floating around in there that aren't linked to navigation.
On the plus side though you also get my rounded grey theme. Most likely a version of this will be included in the next version of HTML DB.
